Overview

This is the ticketing site for Catalyst Radio.

What is a ticketing system, you ask? Here's a good description https://support.mayfirst.org/

If you want to propose a new feature, or have an idea what the site should do, join the discussion on our forum. You can register for the forum here http://projects.escapegoat.org/account

Getting Involved

We are using the Redmine project management system to track tasks and bug reports. Redmine allows all participants to keep an eye on what work has been done and what needs to be done next. Create an account on this system to log bugs and input new tasks so we can transparently follow the tasks progress. They can be technical, outreach, action points from meetings, odd-jobs. Hopefully by logging these we'll be able to see more clearly what needs doing and hopefully any work that needs doing will more easily be able to be shared around.

Tasks and Bugs

If you have any tasks, please fill out an issue and mark it as a task. You can use the same form for reporting bugs. You can also decide if it is a wish list item, or you think it needs doing within the next month.

Getting in touch

IRC: If you'd like to talk to another Catalyst Radio participant, you can often find one on irc://irc.indymedia.org channel #catalyst. If you don't have an irc client handy, you can talk to us using an in-browser java applet. http://chat.indymedia.org/?chans=hyperactive

Mailing list: There is also a mailing list for the project catalystradio [at] lists.aktivix.org

Wiki on Crabgrass: Catalyst Radio shares a wiki on the secure, online organising platform called ‘Crabgrass’, hosted on Riseup! servers. What’s a wiki? A wiki is a website that that can be edited by multiple people. This makes it easy to create lists and other documents that we can all edit together, yet another tool that helps cut down on email traffic.
