Description
Add the exception notifier so we can get error reports automatically. I guess this should be configured with an accessor on the hyperactive plugin.

The plugin is now added and configured, we can close this ticket once we start getting emails.

The exception notifier is now working, but we're not getting emails because the site isn't currently configured to send email properly. I'll close this because I can see the emails going out in the application log, it makes more sense now to have a ticket "set up email functionality".
