Server-side, convert all video to Ogg Theora so there's a consistent format which can be fed into Miro.

This is now happening but I'm going to need some input from the fuzzster about settings.

I've asked for help with regard to this ticket on imc-uk-video. For now I'm going to close the ticket (after all, it works) and of course I will jump back on the case and switch to different Ogg settings, or to Divx, based on input from the video people if/when I get it.
