Description

Tags and PlaceTags need to work on all Content subtypes, let's start with Article.

Tag and PlaceTag retrieval now works, up to and including checking the kind of content that's being retrieved and generating a proper url to the tag.

The weird thing now is the limitations placed on Event tags, for which currently we're only getting content that's in the future. This doesn't necessarily make sense for other types, and there may be a better way to deal with this.

I have removed the date-specific nature of tag retrieval.
