Hyperactive

This problem has cropped up repeatedly and caused a bit of grief for users. 16:9 videos are encoded in 4:3 and look "squashed." As far as I understand this has to do with the pixel aspect ratio (I might be wrong).

An easy fix could be a tick box on the video publish form, where users decide whether it's 16:9 or 4:3, with the default on 26:9 (more common nowadays)

Would be great if someone would take this on soon.
