When posting a series of events, the map and contact email only show on the first one, but not the following. It might be good to check on the file upload, add a link ... as there's a good chance they'll have the same problem.
This may be related to the picture upload bug on repeat events (where pictures show twice on the first event and not on the following ones)
we actually found out about this through the caat people using the report this function.
I did a quick test upload of a short series with email address and had the same problem they were experiencing
