Unclear date formatting on archives

Description

Archives are displayed (e.g. at https://london.indymedia.org.uk/archive/2009/1) like so:

  30-01-2009

  * Promoted infousurpa and offline 2-7 Feb 09 2009-01-30 04:52:47

  29-01-2009

  * Featured FIT Stopped from Filming on Gaza March 2009-01-29 17:19:19
  * Rossport Solidarity Camp Speaking Tour Feb 2009 2009-01-29 15:41:17
  * The Sri Lankan Government's Genocidal War 2009-01-29 04:01:09 

The "30-01-2009" bit is in a strange format that's like ISO date format but backwards. I think something like "30 January 2009" would be better, but of course it should really be locale dependent.

The "2009-01-30 04:52:47" bit is too much. I think it should be changed to "4:52 am" or "04:52" (or something determined by locale). The date has already been shown on the same page, and who really needs the seconds?

For reference, there's an old ticket about archive format at http://projects.escapegoat.org/issues/5712, but I started a new one as that is set as resolved.
