Description
the reordering of photos is only possible when going to the edit page after publishing the article. if it's not possible to have that on the publish page, at least having a note that tells people how to do it would be helpful. this way hardl anyone will even notice this nice feature.

Added new I18n explanation that it can only be sorted after publishing by a logged in user. It cannot be done before now as it needs the :ID which is generated upon publish in order to modify the layout, else @content is empty which is required for reordering.
