Description
just tried to publish a comment with a longish title. i got an error message twice about not having put in the capcha. no mention of the title, but when i shortened it, it worked fine, so i assume that was it. the error message needs to tell people that the title is too long, other wise they don't know what to change (and think the site is broken)
i'll check on the error message on articles etc. with long titles as well.

i tested if the problem exists with other publish forms as well:
other media and articles: the title box only allows you to put in a limited number of characters, so they're fine, but
on events and videos we got the same problem, also with a non-specific error message. So this also applies to the categories videos and events i guess.
