Description

It'd be cool to have collectives be able to define their own M3U playlists using a playlist builder. The relationship would be Collective has_many PlaylistItems or something, I guess.

M3U playlists don't look that tough to make, the format for extended M3U playlists is defined at:
http://schworak.com/programming/music/playlist_m3u.asp
