Description

The recent Feature (https://london.indymedia.org.uk/articles/342) did not have a picture, and maqui asked for one to be added. Right now only the author of the article would be able to upload a photo (and only if s_he was logged in when publishing) or someone would have to publish a whole new article. In a case like this it would be helpful to be able to upload photos in comments.
