Description

Currently there isn't any way for a user to edit their password (for example to change a compromised one). This is included in active rbac (I think) and just needs to be enabled.

Coded it all up - done in revision r1304 (with tests fixed in r1305).

Once others are happy with this, we can close this issue :)
