Description
Admins (not regular users) should be able to define end dates for events, so we can show selected processes that have more of a lifetime rather than taking place on a single date.

Reopening this. I just realized that any time an admin opens or makes an event, it's going to set an end date for that event (in other words, I am an idiot).
Time for some snazzy AJAX form business ("set an end date for this event", "delete end date")...too tired right now, I'll take this out so Ionnek doesn't mess up whatever she's working on.
