Going to need to put some limits on this to prevent the kind of spamming we're seeing, or at least hide all multiply-published events as a group, in one fell swoop.

Does multiple publishing perhaps need to tie into the user-permissions system, and only users with accounts can publish multiple events, or is this too restrictive? It would go a long way towards preventing abuse if we could just wax a full user account for anti-abuse measures, that's for sure.
