Currently the admin / reporting controls are at the bottom of the page in an "Inappropriate XXXX?" link, which reveals an ajax form based on the current user's role when clicked - this could be a "report this content" control or a "hide this content" control, and can also include an edit link if the user has permission to do that.

I think that in general this isn't making a lot of sense to people, and it's not really getting across the idea that users should be more involved in administering the site. A little write-up here would be good. It could include:

• a little write-up about how users can get involved with administering the site
• a black flag icon :)
• a link to the registration page
