Turn summary into extended location field

Description
The event form is going to need a way to put extended location information (street address, room number, etc) onto events. We can re-purpose the summary field for this probably.

- Status changed from New to Assigned
This is done to the extent that it looks correct to the user, but we still need to change the actual database field name and re-code the form fields and show page, which still says "summary".

Actually, "summary" seems fine to me...
